The Belfort Model HPA200WTTA dual barometric pressure sensor is the finest solid-state barometer available for commercial field applications at an affordable price.
As a standard option with the advanced DigiWx system in support of private and commercial operations under FAR Part 91/135, the dual Digital Barometer is FAA approved under AC 91-54 and where applicable, meets or exceeds the accuracy specifications under AC 150-5220-16C. An error signal will automatically alert the user when the output between the two sensors is determined to be unreliable if a difference greater than +/- 0.01" Hg is detected.
With a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees C and excellent long term stability, this sensor system can be operated in the most remote locations with assurance of long term output data integrity.
